1. Who we are
TM Praxis Academy ("we", "us") is an independent provider of live online training in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management, based in India. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, as defined in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the syllabus form on our website, we collect:
- Full name
- WhatsApp / mobile number
- Email address
- Your current background (for example, SAP consultant or logistics professional)
If you message us on WhatsApp or Facebook, or call us, we also keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
Information collected automatically
- Ad source: if you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign tags in the link (such as
utm_source,utm_campaignand Facebook'sfbclid), so we know which ad brought you. - Technical details: the page address and your browser type, saved with your form submission.
- Meta Pixel data: see section 6.
We do not collect payment details, government IDs or any sensitive data through this website.
3. How we use your data
- To send you the course syllabus you asked for.
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about the course, batch dates, fees and the free demo class.
- To answer your questions and enrol you if you decide to join.
- To issue your course completion certificate if you complete the course.
- To measure which of our ads work, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for anything unrelated to our courses.
4. Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting our form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or messaging us on Facebook. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but we will stop contacting you.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your data with the service providers we use to run our website and stay in touch with you:

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms. It records that you visited the page and whether you submitted the form, and may set cookies (such as _fbp) in your browser. Meta uses this to tell us how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to relevant people.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Our website works without these cookies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your form details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you enrol in a course. If you enrol, we keep your records for as long as needed to provide the course and your certificate, and as required by law. After that, or when you ask us to, we delete your data.
8. How we protect it
Your data is stored in password-protected accounts that only TM Praxis Academy can access, with two-step verification turned on where available. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data, and we will inform you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects you.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct or update inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent: stop us contacting you at any time.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate: name someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, contact us on WhatsApp or Facebook using the details below. We will respond as soon as possible, and within 30 days.
10. Children
Our courses and website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will tell you on this page.
